01Agreement

By accessing displace.agency, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

02Services

Displace Agency provides web development, design implementation, e-commerce, and platform engineering services. Project scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals and contracts.

03Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all source code, documentation, and deliverables produced during the project. Displace Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

04Payment

Project payments are due according to the milestone schedule defined in the project proposal. Retainer payments are due monthly. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to all initial project deposits.

05Limitation of Liability

Displace Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites built for clients. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
