About Klaviyo
Klaviyo handles every email touchpoint for our headless Shopify clients that need more than transactional email. Abandoned cart flows, post-purchase follow-ups, segmented campaigns by customer LTV. The Shopify integration syncs product and customer data automatically, and the API lets us trigger flows from our Next.js server actions.
Why we use it
It is the most mature e-commerce email platform that integrates cleanly with Shopify , including headless Shopify , without forcing you into their storefront.
