01 / OVERVIEW

About Cursor

Cursor is the second of our two client-editing modes. For technical teams, we configure Cursor on their laptops and load the project with a set of boundary prompt files (.cursorrules / CLAUDE.md) that tell the AI exactly which patterns to follow, which design tokens exist, which components to reuse, and what must not change. Clients describe changes in natural language and Cursor builds them following the exact design system and code conventions we set up during development.

Why we use it

Cursor plus our boundary-prompt pattern is the closest thing to a real self-service platform we have seen. Non-technical people can ship meaningful content updates in plain English; the AI enforces brand and system constraints.
