1. Services

Displace Agency provides web development, design implementation, ecommerce and platform engineering services. Project scope, deliverables and pricing are defined in individual project proposals and contracts.

2. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all source code, documentation and deliverables produced during the project. Displace Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment

Project payments are due according to the milestone schedule defined in the project proposal. Retainer payments are due monthly. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to all initial project deposits.

4. Limitation of liability

Displace Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites built for clients. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
