Who it's for
01 / What every tier includes
Automated dependency + security updates
Renovate PRs on a weekly cadence. We review, test, and merge. You do not wake up to a CVE with no patch path.
Weekly performance + SEO report
Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, Search Console, and GA4 in one prioritized list of what to fix this week. Not a dashboard you have to read. A shortlist we act on.
Reserved dev hours
5 to 20 hours per month depending on tier, reserved in your name. Use them on features, fixes, content work, or save them up with rollover.
Priority response
Direct Slack or email channel with Santiago. 4 to 48 hours depending on tier, during and outside business hours on Scale.
Strategy calls
Quarterly on Pro, monthly on Scale. Pull back from execution to look at positioning, roadmap, and where the next 10x on the site is.
One price, predictable
Same fixed number every month. No surprise invoices, no hourly creep. Pause or downgrade with 30 days' notice.

Lite
Small marketing sites post-launch. Monitoring plus a small dev bank for the occasional tweak.
Pro
Most pickedMost Displace clients. Weekly performance lens, quarterly strategy, and 10 hours for real feature work.
Scale
Teams with in-house engineers where Displace becomes a senior pair. 20 hours plus priority feature turnaround.
04 / How it works
Onboarding (week one)
Access to GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Shopify, analytics, and DNS. We install monitoring, set up the Slack channel, and run a baseline Lighthouse + SEO audit. Output: a starting scorecard you can measure against.
Monthly cadence
Every Monday: dependency PRs reviewed and merged. Every Friday: weekly report with the top 3 fixes we shipped and the top 3 queued. Slack stays open all week for incidents and feature requests against your dev bank.
Quarterly strategy
90-minute call on Pro (monthly on Scale). We review Core Web Vitals, conversion trends, and content velocity. Output: a 1-pager with 3 priorities for the next quarter.
Flex as you grow
Upgrade, downgrade, or pause with 30 days' notice. If a product launch needs more hours, buy a one-off sprint on top. If things are quiet, hours roll over.
05 / FAQ
Frequently asked
If the answer you need is not here, reply to any email or book a call.
Ask us directly →01What counts as a dev hour?
Everything we do that moves the site: feature work, bug fixes, content changes a non-technical team cannot ship, integrations, performance tuning. Monitoring, dependency updates, and the weekly report are included on top of your hour bank, not deducted from it.
02Do unused hours roll over?
Yes. Lite rolls over 1 month, Pro rolls over 2 months, Scale rolls over 3 months. You cannot bank indefinitely, but a quiet month followed by a big launch is exactly what rollover is for.
03Can I pause or downgrade?
Yes. 30 days' notice to pause, downgrade, or cancel. No long-term contract, no early-termination clause. The retainer is month-to-month on every tier.
04What response time do you actually hit?
On Scale, median first-response is under 2 hours during business hours (Madrid or Miami time zones), 4 hours as the SLA commitment. On Pro, median under 8 hours with a 24h SLA. On Lite, 48h SLA for email. Incidents always jump the queue.
05What if we only need you for one launch?
Platform Care is for ongoing work. For a one-off sprint, book a scoped project instead. Clients often start on Lite after a launch and upgrade to Pro when a campaign or product drop comes up, then move back down.
06Do you work on sites you did not build?
Yes, on Pro and Scale. We take on Next.js, Shopify Storefront API, and Supabase-based builds from other agencies provided the code is in a reasonable state. Week one includes an audit that tells you honestly whether it is worth putting us on it or rebuilding.
07Who does the work?
Santiago does the engineering on every retainer personally, with external specialists brought in for design, copy, or paid ads when the work calls for it. You are not handed off to a junior.
08How does billing work?
Monthly in advance via Stripe. First invoice covers the onboarding month plus the first care month. You own the reporting data, the dashboards, the CI configs, all of it.
