About Anthropic API
The Anthropic Claude API powers the AI features we ship for clients. We use it for structured-output tasks like the AI pitch analyzer on Draper Associates, content categorization for Auto Heritage, and for driving our internal development workflow through Claude Code. It is called from server-side API routes on Next.js with the official SDK, never from the client.
Why we use it
Claude handles structured JSON output reliably, has a long context window for document analysis, and the SDK is type-safe out of the box. It is the most dependable choice for production AI features that must return predictable schemas.
